Alex and Hailey’s wedding at NikNak’s Ice Cream was something truly special — small, intimate, and full of heart. I left that day feeling so grateful to have been part of it.


They got married in the party room — a space usually filled with birthday balloons and kids’ laughter — but on this day, it was transformed into the coziest little wedding space. Pastel walls, quirky decor, and soft winter light made everything feel sweet and deeply personal.


Hailey’s smile lit up the whole room, and Alex? He looked at her like he already knew he was the luckiest person in the world. Watching them exchange vows was one of those moments that makes you pause and just feel.


Their day was full of intention — not about trends or expectations, just love and the people who came to celebrate it. That’s what made it unforgettable.


I have to give a shoutout to NikNak’s Ice Cream, too — the team was kind, helpful, and made the day run so smoothly. If you’re ever in Powell, treat yourself to a scoop and soak in the joy of the place. I can’t recommend it enough.
