Your draft timeline is ready.
This version is built from your questionnaire answers and designed to protect your energy, your light, and your priorities. Think of it as the first draft we refine together.
How To Review It
- Confirm ceremony start time and any hard start times with your venue.
- Double check getting ready locations and travel time between places.
- Review the family photo block and make sure the key people are included.
- Notice the buffer space. It is there on purpose.
If something feels off, do not stress. Make a note and bring it to our call. We will handle it.
Timeline Review Call
This is our calm planning check in. We will walk through the draft together, tighten anything that feels rushed, and make sure the flow supports you and the kind of day you want.
Plan for about 30 minutes. Please have your timeline open during the call, along with any updated details from your venue, planner, or family.
After our call, I will send the finalized timeline for you and your vendor team to use.
About Buffer Time
Wedding days rarely run early. They tend to run late. The extra minutes built into your timeline are there so you never feel rushed, behind, or stressed. Buffer time protects the moments you want to actually feel, not just squeeze in.
You are not expected to have every detail perfect. Bring what you know, and I will guide the rest.
